Property Standards:

All properties we take on must meet our minimum requirements:

‣ No structural damage.

‣ No damp.

‣ Fire alarm in place.

‣ Smoke detectors in place.

 ‣ Gas and safety certificates in place and up to date.

‣ Electrics must be checked, and certificates verified and up to date.

‣ External doors and windows provide sufficient security.

 ‣ Garden area easy to look after, safe and accommodating to families with young children.

‣ Minimum heating to be EPC E rating.

 ‣ Good ventilation in areas such as the kitchen and bathroom.

‣ Bathroom and kitchen in good working order.

‣ A working shower.

‣ Asbestos survey.

‣ Fire risk assessments.

‣ Carbon monoxide alarm.

‣ Hot water system.
